3.3. Administration has the right to restrict access or delete an account without explanation.

4. Paid Services and Tariffs

4.1. The Platform may provide paid plans and features.

4.2. Prices for plans and services may be changed unilaterally at any time.

4.3. The Platform has the right to change prices without prior notice to users.

4.4. Payment is made through third-party payment systems.

4.5. The Platform does not store users' payment card details.

4.6. Refunds are possible only in cases provided by law or by decision of the Platform.

5. Payments and Currencies

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved out of court, and if impossible, in court chosen by the Administration.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. Administration has the right to change this Offer at any time.

11.2. The current version is published on the website.

11.3. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

12. Nature of Services

12.1. TgUno services are digital.

12.2. Access to functionality is considered the service provided from the moment access is granted.

12.3. Services are non-refundable after activation.
